The Green Sun Medical Dynamic Scoliosis Brace study is testing a new type of brace for kids with scoliosis, which is a curve in the spine. The new brace, called the GSM brace, is different from the usual stiff braces because it is flexible, allowing some movement while still supporting the spine. This study will see if the GSM brace works better for kids already using a standard brace, called a TLSO. Kids will wear the new brace for 3 months. Doctors will check if the spine curve improves by measuring something called the Cobb angle, which is how bent the spine is when out of the brace. They'll also make sure the brace is safe, and kids will share how comfortable they feel wearing it.

  • The study lasts for 3 months, and participants will be compared to their current brace results.
  • Participants must be girls aged 10-15, currently using a TLSO for at least 5 months.
  • Safety and comfort will be monitored, with some self-reporting required.
