A Phase 4 Study to Evaluate Adrenal Function in Hypogonadal Men Treated With JATENZO® for 12 Months

Study on adrenal function in men using JATENZO® for a year.

Recruiting
18-65 years
Male
Phase 4

This Phase 4 study tests how JATENZO®, a treatment for men with hypogonadism (a condition where the body doesn’t make enough testosterone), affects the adrenal glands over 12 months. Participants must be men aged 18 to 65 who have been diagnosed with hypogonadism and agree to stop any other testosterone treatments. JATENZO® doses will be adjusted based on blood testosterone levels. There will be 12 visits during the study, and a cosyntropin stimulation test will be done at visits 9 and 12 to check adrenal function. The adrenal glands are small organs on top of the kidneys that make hormones to help control many body functions.

  • Study Duration: 12 months with 12 visits.
  • Tests: Blood tests to check testosterone and adrenal function.
  • Compensation: Not mentioned, check with study center.

To participate, you cannot have certain health conditions (like untreated severe sleep apnea) or be taking certain medications, like steroids. This study helps understand JATENZO's long-term effects on adrenal health.
