Study of the Efficacy and Safety of NST-1024 Versus Placebo in Subjects With Hypertriglyceridemia

Testing NST-1024 for high triglycerides safety and effect.

All
Phase 2

This study is testing how safe and effective a new drug called NST-1024 is for people with high triglycerides (a type of fat in your blood). It compares NST-1024 to a placebo (a fake treatment that looks like the real thing) to see if it helps lower triglyceride levels. The study has two parts: a 3-week screening and a 28-day treatment period. During treatment, no one, not even the doctors, will know who gets NST-1024 or the placebo. After treatment, participants will have a follow-up visit two weeks later.

You may be eligible if you are 18-79 years old, have a certain level of triglycerides, and can keep your diet and activity stable. You can't join if you have conditions like diabetes, recent heart problems, or other listed health issues.

  • Participation includes multiple visits over a few months.
  • You'll need to keep your current lifestyle stable (diet, exercise, medication).
  • There are specific health conditions and medications that may exclude you from participating.
