The study is finding out if a new medicine called troriluzole can help people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). OCD is when people have unwanted thoughts and feel like they have to do certain actions repeatedly. Troriluzole is given with regular OCD medicine to see if it helps better than a placebo (a fake pill with no medicine). To be part of this study, you must have OCD for at least one year and not have improved with regular medicine for at least 8 weeks. You can't join if you've tried and failed more than two types of medicines or if you have certain other mental health conditions.
Key Points:
- The study tests how well troriluzole works with regular OCD medicine.
- Participants must have had OCD for at least one year and not fully respond to other treatments.
- Certain mental health conditions or past treatments may exclude you from joining.
