Study Purpose: This study tests if a drug called inclisiran can prevent heart problems in people at high risk but who haven't had a major heart event yet. Heart problems include things like heart attacks and strokes.

Study Details: People in the study will either get the inclisiran shot or a placebo (a shot with no medicine) on Day 1, Day 90, and then every 6 months. The study continues until enough heart events happen, and everyone is followed for at least 3 years.

Who Can Join: Adults at high risk of heart events can join. They must have certain conditions like a certain level of blockage in heart arteries or a high risk score. They should not have had a major heart event before. Pregnant women or people with some other medical conditions cannot join.

  • This study lasts for at least 3 years with regular visits every 6 months.
  • No compensation is mentioned for participants.
  • Potential risks include side effects from the drug or placebo.

Note: It's important to discuss with your doctor before joining any study.
