Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is a skin disease causing painful lumps under the skin, often in areas like armpits or groin. This study is checking the safety and effectiveness of a medicine called povorcitinib for people with moderate to severe HS. Participants must have completed a previous study with this medicine. The study checks if the medicine works well and is safe over a long period.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Inclusion: Participants must have finished the treatment period in a prior related study and agree to use contraception.
  • Exclusion: Pregnant women, those planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding women, or anyone at risk from continued participation.
  • The study focuses on long-term use of the treatment.
  • Participants must follow the study rules and procedures.
  • Pregnant women or those wishing to become pregnant cannot join.
