Phase 4

This study looks at how a medicine called XYWAV helps people with two sleep problems: idiopathic hypersomnia (IH) and narcolepsy. IH is when people are very sleepy during the day for no clear reason, and narcolepsy is when people suddenly fall asleep or feel very sleepy during the day. The study will check how safe and effective XYWAV is by looking at sleep and how people feel during the day and night. Patients aged 18-75 with IH or narcolepsy can join. If you already take sleep medication, you need to keep the same dose for the study. This study will last about 8 weeks, with several visits to the study center.

  • Study lasts about 8 weeks with several visits.
  • Open to people aged 18-75 with IH or narcolepsy.
  • Must not change current sleep medication doses.
