This study is testing if two programs can help improve stress levels, memory, and overall well-being. One program is in-person, and the other is remote (done from home), and both last for 9 months. The study includes 60 people, especially African Americans, who are more at risk for memory problems like Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), a condition that might lead to diseases like Alzheimer's. The study focuses on African Americans because they have a higher risk of these problems. Participants will engage in activities related to health education, nutrition, and exercise.

- Participants: 60 people, focusing more on African Americans.
