Phase 3

This study is exploring treatments for a common eye problem called neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD). It causes vision loss and is treated with special medicine called anti-VEGF. The study compares two ways to manage nAMD: one using a home scanning device called Home OCT and the other using a doctor-guided plan called Treat and Extend (T&E). Home OCT allows patients to check their eyes daily at home. The study aims to see if Home OCT helps improve vision and reduce the number of injections needed. Participants must be over 50, capable of using the Home OCT device, and willing to check their eyes daily for 2 years.

  • The study lasts 104 weeks, with visits every 4-18 weeks for T&E group and home scans for Home OCT group.
  • Participants will receive injections and have their vision tested during the study.
  • Potential risks include discomfort from injections and the need for regular eye scans.
