This study is testing a new valve system called the DUO System for people with a serious condition called tricuspid regurgitation. This is when a heart valve doesn't close properly, causing blood to flow backward. The study will see how safe and effective this new valve is and will monitor results for up to 5 years. To join, you must be 18 or older, have severe tricuspid regurgitation, and agree to the study terms. You can't join if you're in another study or have certain heart conditions or other health issues.

  • Study lasts up to 5 years with regular check-ups.
  • Open for adults with severe tricuspid valve problems.
  • Not suitable if you have other severe heart issues.
