Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Immunogenicity of 16055 NFL Delta Gly4 Env Protein Trimer and Trimer 4571 Combined With 3M-052-AF + Alum Adjuvant and Ad4-Env145NFL Viral Particles as Heterologous Prime-boost Regimens in Adult Participants Without HIV.

Phase 1

This study is testing new vaccines to see if they are safe and if they work well in adults who do not have HIV (a virus that affects the immune system). The vaccines use a special protein and viral particles to help the body make antibodies, which are proteins that fight infections.

  • Participants will visit the clinic several times to get the vaccine and check their health.
  • They must record any symptoms daily using an electronic diary (eDiary).
  • Volunteers must be between 18 and 55 years old and in good health.

People cannot join if they have certain health issues, are pregnant, or are taking certain medications. The study is looking for people who are willing to follow the study rules and not enroll in other trials while participating.
