Phase N/A

The study is testing a device called the **Aventus Thrombectomy System** to see if it is safe and effective for treating a condition called **pulmonary embolism** (PE). A PE happens when a blood clot blocks blood flow in the lungs. The study is for adults aged 18 to 80 who have had PE symptoms for no more than 14 days. Participants must be able to attend all follow-up visits and have a recent medical scan showing a PE.

**Key Points to Consider:**

  • Participants will undergo a special procedure to remove the clot.
  • The study has specific health requirements; not everyone is eligible.
  • Being in another study or having certain health conditions can disqualify you.

People cannot join if they had a PE in the last 180 days, have certain health issues, or are pregnant. Participants must not have other severe heart or lung conditions or be on certain treatments. If you meet the criteria and want to participate, you’ll need to provide written consent and follow the study's rules. Always discuss with a doctor to see if this study is right for you.
