This study is testing a medicine called Coagulation Factor VIIa, which helps blood clot, to see if it safely stops too much bleeding during big surgeries in people with hemophilia. Hemophilia is a condition where blood doesn't clot well. It's for males aged 12 to 65 who have hemophilia A or B and specific blood test results. The study is for those having planned major surgeries, not emergencies. People with other blood problems, allergies to the medicine, or recent use of certain drugs can't join.
- This study involves taking a medicine before surgery to prevent bleeding.
- Participants need to be available for regular check-ups during the study.
- There might be risks like any side effects, so understanding them is important.
To join, you need to understand and agree to the study rules. If you have any severe health issues, you can't join. This study is conducted in several places around the world, so you may need to travel to a study center.
