This study looks at the safety and effects of a medicine called **tirzepatide** in teenagers who are overweight or have obesity. Obesity means having too much body fat, and it can lead to other health problems like high blood pressure (also called hypertension), and diabetes. The study will last about 90 weeks, which is a little more than a year and a half, and you might need to visit the research center up to 25 times during the study.

Eligibility: To join, participants must be overweight or have obesity, which means having a **Body Mass Index (BMI)** in a certain range based on their age and sex. They must also have at least one related health issue, like **dyslipidemia** (unhealthy cholesterol levels) or **sleep apnea** (trouble breathing during sleep). If you have **Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM)**, you should be managing it with diet, exercise, or a medicine called metformin for at least 3 months before joining.

  • Study lasts about 90 weeks with up to 25 visits.
