This study looks at how well **baxdrostat** and **dapagliflozin** work together in adults with **CKD** (Chronic Kidney Disease) and **HTN** (High Blood Pressure). Baxdrostat is a new medicine being tested, while dapagliflozin is already used to help kidneys. The study starts with checking who can join, then a 4-week period where some people will only take dapagliflozin. After this, participants will take either baxdrostat with dapagliflozin or just dapagliflozin for 24 months. "Double-blind" means neither the doctors nor participants know who is getting which medicine. After 24 months, everyone takes only dapagliflozin for 6 weeks to check how their kidneys are doing. Visits to the study site happen at 2, 4, 8, and 16 weeks, then every 4 months.
- This study is 24 months long, with regular check-ups.
- Participants must be 18 or older with CKD and HTN.
- Some medications are not allowed during the study.
