This study tests a special exercise called High Intensity Body-weight Circuit (HIBC) training to see if it helps people with **type 2 diabetes (T2DM)**. T2DM is a health problem where the body has trouble using sugar for energy, so sugar stays in the blood. This study focuses on middle-aged people who have been diagnosed with T2DM within the last year and who aren't taking insulin or any diabetes medicine. The participants shouldn't have been part of a physical activity program in the last six months, and they must have permission from their doctor to join. People with certain health problems like heart, kidney, lung issues, or smokers cannot join.
**Key Points:**
- Participants will be doing a new exercise, HIBC, to improve their health.
- Only people with recent T2DM diagnosis and no serious health issues can join.
- Participants need a doctor's approval before joining the study.
