The study aims to test Cordio HearO™, a system to help people with heart failure. This test checks if the app is easy to use and makes changes if needed for better performance. The study also uses recorded speech to improve the system's algorithms. To join, you must be an adult with chronic heart failure, have had certain treatments or tests, and be stable. You must also be able to read in one of the study languages and use the app daily. You cannot join if you have had certain heart devices recently, have poor kidney function, or expect major heart treatments soon.
