This clinical trial is testing a new drug called BHV-2100 for treating migraine headaches. A migraine is a strong headache that can come with symptoms like nausea or seeing flashing lights, also called aura. The study aims to find a safe dosage that helps reduce headache pain and other symptoms. To join, you must have had migraines for at least a year and experience 2-8 migraine attacks per month. You cannot join if you have certain other health conditions, like uncontrolled high blood pressure or if you've had recent heart problems.
