Phase N/A

This study is for people with Bipolar Disorder, a mental illness that causes unusual mood changes. It's designed to find out what factors make people with this condition feel suicidal and how to help them feel better. Over 6 weeks, participants will join group sessions focusing on mindfulness (being aware of your thoughts and feelings) and social rhythm (keeping a regular daily routine). These sessions aim to help people understand and change their thoughts to cope better with Bipolar Depression, the severe sadness that can come with Bipolar Disorder.

  • The study lasts for 6 weeks with group-based sessions.
  • Participants need to speak English and have a Bipolar Disorder diagnosis.
  • People with other serious mental or medical conditions cannot participate.

This study could help improve the quality of life for people with Bipolar Disorder by reducing suicidal thoughts and behaviors. Participants will learn valuable tools to manage their mental health better through structured group activities.
