This study is for people with Bipolar Disorder, a mental illness that causes unusual mood changes. It's designed to find out what factors make people with this condition feel suicidal and how to help them feel better. Over 6 weeks, participants will join group sessions focusing on mindfulness (being aware of your thoughts and feelings) and social rhythm (keeping a regular daily routine). These sessions aim to help people understand and change their thoughts to cope better with Bipolar Depression, the severe sadness that can come with Bipolar Disorder.
