The study is testing a special software called AID-P, which helps doctors tell the difference between types of Parkinsonism using pictures of the brain. Parkinsonism is a group of conditions that cause movement problems. Doctors from 21 different places will take part in this study. They will take pictures of the brain, use scales that measure symptoms, and diagnose the condition. They will upload the data to a website where a computer program will look at it without knowing the doctors' original diagnosis.
Key Points:
- The study involves several visits to a clinic for imaging and diagnosis.
- Participants must have had Parkinson's disease for 5-9 years, or have MSA (Multiple System Atrophy) or PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy).
- People with certain metal implants, claustrophobia, or who are pregnant cannot participate.
