The study aims to help families whose young children are at high risk for autism, a condition affecting social skills and communication. This early diagnostic project, called the **Early Diagnostic Response Model (EDRM)**, will be tested in Georgia with the Babies Can't Wait (BCW) program. The goal is to create a way to diagnose autism in high-risk children more effectively and quickly using telehealth, which is healthcare provided over the internet. The study will use a tool called M-CHAT-R/F, a questionnaire to check autism risk, and follow rules from the **DSM-5**, a manual used by doctors to diagnose mental health issues.
- The study targets children aged 16-30 months, and evaluations must be done by 36 months.
- Families must be part of specific BCW districts and have internet access.
- Parents will need to understand English, as the study currently isn't designed for non-English speakers.
