Phase N/A

This study collects information during procedures that help doctors check your heart arteries. Doctors use special tools, cleared by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), to see if your heart arteries are blocked or narrowed. The study uses three tools: an X-ray system to take pictures of your arteries, a pressure guidewire to measure blood flow, and a special imaging system to look closely at the arteries.

To participate, you must be 18 or older, willing to sign a consent form, and have signs of possible heart disease. You should be planning to have heart diagnostics that might lead to a procedure called PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention), which helps open blocked arteries.

Some people cannot join the study, like those with serious heart conditions, infections, or are pregnant. If you have a recent heart attack or are involved in another study, you might not qualify.

  • The study takes place during a single visit to the catheterization lab.
  • You must be prepared to give informed consent.
  • Participation depends on your health conditions and doctor’s advice.
