**Mirikizumab** is a medicine being studied for children with ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn's disease (CD). These are conditions where the immune system attacks the digestive tract, causing pain and other problems. This study will check how well this medicine works over a long time, lasting about *172 weeks* (over 3 years) and might include *up to 44 visits* to the study center. Only children who were part of previous studies and are still benefiting from the medicine can join. Girls in this study must agree to use certain methods to prevent pregnancy. Kids who had serious side effects in past studies, have certain health issues, or are pregnant cannot join. The study aims to ensure safety for all participants.
  • The study lasts about 3 years with up to 44 visits.
  • Participants continue from previous studies and still benefit from the medicine.
  • Participants must not have serious health issues or be pregnant.
