Partner with Reflections
The Reflections Collective brings together advocacy organizations, research sites, sponsors, community partners, communication specialists, and others working toward a shared goal: helping clinical research better reflect the people it serves.
This is not a passive network. It is a working collective built through shared learning, visible community presence, and cross-sector partnership. Members contribute time, perspective, and resources to help shape what Reflections does next, together.
What Partnership
Looks Like
Reflections is a co-created model, informed by the PALADIN Consortium framework. Partners come together around a shared commitment to trust, access, representation, and community relevance.
Partnership with Reflections is built on collaboration, not optics. The goal is not just to say the right things, but to help create conditions where more people feel seen, informed, and able to explore clinical research in ways that feel respectful and relevant.
That can include:
- • participating in shared workstreams
- • contributing expertise, resources, or community insight
- • helping shape activations, education, and outreach
- • supporting clear pathways into research
- • learning alongside other organizations across the clinical research ecosystem
Who Reflections Partners With
Sponsors and CROs
Reflections gives sponsors and CROs a chance to participate in a more community-centered approach to research engagement and participation. Partnership offers practical collaboration, shared learning, and stronger visibility into what trust-building looks like on the ground.
Research Sites
For research sites, Reflections can help strengthen community connection, support more inclusive outreach, and create stronger relationships with partners who are also working to expand access and representation in research.
Patient Advocacy Groups
Advocacy organizations help ensure community voice stays at the center of the work. Reflections creates space to collaborate across organizations, expand reach, and support research conversations that are more relevant to the people each group serves.
Community Organizations
Community partners bring local knowledge, trusted relationships, and real-world context. Their leadership helps ground Reflections in the spaces where trust already exists and where meaningful conversations can begin.
Local Businesses
Local businesses can help extend the visibility and relevance of the work in everyday community settings. Partnership can take many forms, from hosting and promotion to participation in events, activations, and local relationship-building.
Service and Industry Partners
Reflections also works with organizations that support the broader clinical research ecosystem and want to help build more inclusive, community-rooted practices through collaboration, learning, and shared effort.
Our Shared Values
Community-Centered
The work starts with people, not assumptions. Reflections is shaped by the voices, experiences, and needs of communities that have too often been left out of research conversations.
Collaborative
Reflections brings together partners from across the ecosystem because meaningful change requires shared effort, shared learning, and shared accountability.
Sustainable
The goal is to build relationships, infrastructure, and practices that can continue to grow over time, not disappear when a single campaign or funding cycle ends.
Grounded and Practical
Reflections values ideas that can be put into action. The work is rooted in real conversations, real places, and measurable steps forward.
The Collective in Action
Reflections is already showing measurable impact through cross-sector partnership, community activation, and visible participation pathways.
