LITE is a research study led by the University of Dundee and supported by The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. The study partners with people with and without Parkinson's disease. It tests for changes in the LRRK2 pathway. Changes in this gene are linked to PD.
By collecting biological samples and health information, LITE aims to identify new ways to measure Parkinson's and test new therapies. Your participation will help researchers develop better tools and treatments -- and move us closer to stopping Parkinson's altogether.
