This study tests a new treatment called AlloNK® combined with rituximab for certain diseases that affect the immune system. AlloNK® is a special type of cell therapy made from cord blood, which is the blood left in the umbilical cord after a baby is born. This study is for people with diseases like Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Sjögren's Disease (SjD), Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathies (IIMs), and Systemic Sclerosis (SSc) who have not had success with other treatments. Rituximab is a medicine often used to treat these conditions by reducing certain cells in the immune system.
- The study is open-label, meaning both doctors and participants know what treatment is being given.
- Participants need to have previously tried treatments for at least 3 months without success.
- Eligibility requires specific medical tests and criteria depending on the disease.
