This study is for adults with Crohn's disease, which is a condition where parts of the digestive system become swollen. The study looks at two treatments: a new drug called LY4395089 and an existing drug called mirikizumab. Researchers want to see if the two medicines together work better than just mirikizumab alone. LY4395089 is a farnesoid X receptor (FXR) agonist, which means it helps control certain liver functions. Mirikizumab is used to reduce inflammation. The study will last about 62 weeks.
- Participants must not have liver or bone diseases and should not have had heart issues in the last 180 days.
- Participants can join if they are already on stable doses of certain medications like GLP-1 receptor agonists.
- Being in the study may involve regular health check-ups and monitoring.
Before joining, discuss with your doctor to understand all the study details and whether it's a good fit for you.
